1. Does the clinic's staff speak English?
Yes, our physicians and employees speak English. We also have a professional translator in our clinic.

2. Does the clinic provide assistance in organizational matters?
Yes, we will organize hotel reservations, shuttle services, excursions, etc. for you.

3. Will I obtain medical reports in English?
Yes,All reports will be translated

4. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard). We also accept cash payments in dollars.

5. When do I have to pay?

We will calculate your therapy costs and draw up a treatment contract. Then you can pay using one of the payment methods above.

6. What about invoices of external labs or costs for medicines?
We will calculate the costs. Then you can pay everything to us. We will transfer the invoice amounts to the respective lab or pharmacy.

7. What if a medical emergency occurs?
We are located in the district capital, which offers a wide range of medical facilities. In close vicinity to our center, you will find dentists, ophthalmologists, orthopedists, and other health care providers, as well as several pharmacies. Also our doctors are well educated in emergency medicine.

8. What activities can I enjoy in the region if I want to stay longer?
We are located in a nature reserve which is one of the most popular vacation areas in Bavaria. If you enjoy skiing, a ski lift is only a 20 minute drive away. Other leisure facilities that are available in close proximity to our center include hiking trains, cycle paths, water parks, exhibitions, bobsled runs, lakes, mountain huts and many excellent Bavarian restaurants. We will gladly assist you in finding the right activity for you.

9. What activities can I enjoy in your clinic?
We have a large rehabilitation center with swimming pool, massages, baths, nutrition counseling, a fitness room, and a special infrared sauna. Our special back therapy is unique in Europe. Our rehabilitation physician and 23 specialized trainers will be happy to take care of you.

Accomodation:

As a private day clinic, we unfortunately do not offer overnight accommodation in the INUS Medical Center.
We have a small restaurant with healthy and delicious dishes from all over the world, which of course are available for you during your stay in the clinic. Gluten-free or lactose-free dishes are also no problem. Of course we also have a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes for our patients.

For your overnight stay, you are very welcome to book a hotel in our area yourself, or email us at medical@inus.de to receive a list of the surrounding hotels from us. We are also happy to help and support you if you have selected a hotel to make your room booking for you. We are already looking forward to your visit in our clinic.

Airport Transfer

We are happy to arrange the transfer from the airport to our clinic and back to the airport. For this we have a cooperation with a professional taxi company, which does these trips for us at a special price. The driver picks you up directly at your gate after landing and has a sign with your name in his hand. Depending on the time of arrival and planning, he will take you directly to your hotel or to us in the clinic. The driver is an independent company and you have to pay him directly and in cash.

The cost of one way including about 2 hours of driving, plus waiting time and pick-up at the gate, is € 240. The way to there and back after your stay here is € 480. If you are interested in our transfer, please let us know when you book your treatment in our clinic. We have to got some time to plan yopur pickup, to ensure that you will receive the whole service.
