Stress is measurable
The measurement of heart rate variability (HRV) is the scientifically precise determination of
the individual stress factor and the ability to regenerate. Our vegetative nervous system consists of two branches: the stress and performance nervous system (sympathicus)
and the resting and regeneration nervous system (parasympaticus).
As always in nature, both sides have to balance each other. In today's way of life,
however, the stress nervous system predominates - often quite significantly - and overloads the body permanently with stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol, noradrenaline), so that the
regenerative nervous system (with the regeneration hormones melatonin and progesterone) cannot provide sufficient balance.
We measure how well your body manages to maintain the balance between the sympathetic (stress nerve) and parasympathetic (regeneration nerve) necessary for your long-term health.
We do that with or HRV Diagnostics.
